She was born to C.W. Edwards and Ola Mae Robin Edwards on July 6, 1943, in Goree, Texas.  She attended schools in Goree and Wichita Falls, Texas.  June 9, 1961, she married her first and only love Wesley Anton Hostas.  They made their home in Seymour for the next 33 years raising their two sons until Wesley's death in 1994. She has been baptized at the Seymour Church of Christ since 1963.

Feiona had in-home child care, cake decorating business, and sold Tupperware and Home Interiors.  In addition, she worked at Russell-Newman, Seymour House of Flowers, and worked for over 35 years at Ferguson Drug.  She was a member of the Gardening Club and volunteered for Meals on Wheels and many other civic organizations. Feiona was known for her love of beautiful flowers and a pristine yard.  She is the only person who could live in an apartment and be awarded “Yard of the Month.”

Feiona was loved and adored by her family, two sons and two daughters-in-law, 6 grandsons, and two great-grandsons.  She was affectionately known as Memaw and they would describe her as a “fun Memaw!”  She was always willing to watch a scary movie, dress up at Halloween, and make Christmas especially fun with Christmas stockings and “find the pickle “ traditions.

She is preceded in death by her parents  Charlie and Ola Mae Edwards, her beloved husband Wesley,  3 brothers: Skeet, Rusty, and Terry, and a grandson Tanner Seedig.

Feiona is survived by her sons, Marcus and wife  Lori of Midland, Dustin and wife Terri of Iowa Park, grandsons: Corey Hostas of Midland, Jarret and Kira Hostas of Conroe, Texas, Derek and Connor Hostas of Iowa Park, Tyler Seedig of Throckmorton.  Two great-grandsons, Wesley and Declan Hostas of Conroe.  Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved dearly.

The family would like to thank the community of Seymour for all your love, support, and prayers over the past few months.

Memorials may be made to the Seymour Church of Christ and the Seymour Senior Center.

Visitation will be from 6:30 until 7:30 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
