David Lynn Copeland, 55, of Seymour passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017 in Seymour.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

David was born February 15, 1962 in Seymour to Louis Franklin and Annie Jo Price Copeland. He attended school in Seymour and worked all his life as a painter. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother, Annie Jo Copeland of Seymour; 3 brothers, Steve Copeland and wife Delissa of Seymour, Larry Copeland of Denton and Greg Copeland of Brownwood; a sister, Nancy Camp and husband Mark of Iowa Park; the love of his life, Tessa Saenz of Seymour; 4 children, Alyssa Copeland, Autumn Betts and husband James, Jr., Alex Wright and Anastasia Martin; 4 grandchildren, Anthony, Heaven, James and Zane.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
