Debra Colette Richey

Debra Colette Richey (née Struck) passed on May 11, 2025, in Seymour, Texas. Born on January 26, 1953, in Knox County, Texas, Debra lived a life rooted in care, compassion, and quiet strength.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Dewayne Myers, and his wife Jessica; her daughter, Erica Ryann Frye; her grandchildren—Madison, Kylie, Jaxson, Victoria, James, and William—and several cousins that meant a lot to her. Each of them carries her spirit forward—with grace, grit, and a dash of her sass.

Debra believed in peace, unity, and the power of kindness.

Her life was a survival of fierce battles both physical and emotional. She was fierce with a fiery spirit.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.
