Donice H. Casey

Donice H. Casey, 81 of Seymour passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in Seymour.

Graveside services will be held Friday, February 12, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bomarton Cemetery with Benny Archer officiating, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Donice was born March 1, 1939 in Lockney to Hilburn and Doris Calahan Casey.   He was a graduate of Lockney High School.  Donice farmed in Floyd County until moving to Seymour in 1983, where he worked for Farm Bureau.  He was a proud honorary member of the Knights of Columbus.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilburn and Doris Casey; his wife, Barbara Ellison and a daughter, Dena Hostas on December 23, 2020.

He is survived by a son, Denis and Carol Casey of McCloud, Oklahoma; a daughter, Dee and Doug Harrison of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Bobbye Bean and Jontha Lee Mercer; son-in-law, Kevin Hostas; 6 grandchildren, Dustin, Carrie, Casey, Carter, Matthew and Nicholas and 4 great grandchildren, Sterley, Emily, Raelynn and Maesyn.
