Donnie Dale Torrez, 42 of Lacy Lakeview, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017 in Midland.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church with Lanny Walker officiating. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Donnie was born October 7, 1974 in Seymour to Johnny Dale Rouswell and Carolina Torrez. He attended Seymour schools until moving to West, Texas where he attended Middle and High School. Donnie married Shannon Hudson on September 14, 2012 in Waco. He was a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Dale Rouswell on September 14, 2011.

He is survived by his wife, Shannon Torrez of Lacy Lakeview; his mother, Carolina Cole and husband, Kenneth of West; 9 children, Tristan, Sheridan, Raith, Jacqueline, Bradley, Blake, Michael, David and Evelyn; 3 brothers, Jonathan Rouswell of West, Craig Rouswell of Seymour and Jess Rouswell of Hico; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
