James W Foy

James W. Foy, Jr., passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019 in Seymour at the age of 85.

Graveside services will be held Monday, February 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Masonic Cemetery with Benny Archer officiating, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Jimmy was born February 21, 1933 in Seymour to Dr. James W. and Lela Overstreet Foy. He was a graduate of Seymour High School. Jimmy attended college until he was drafted into the U.S. Army. He served during the Korean War. He worked as an investigator for the 50th Judicial District. Jimmy married Mozelle Robbins on July 10, 1965 in Breckenridge. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Seymour.

He is survived by his wife, Mozelle Foy of Seymour; a brother-in-law, Norton Robbins of Ft. Worth and several nieces and nephews.
