Kathryn E Pruitt

Kathryn Elizabeth (Kay) Pruitt, 89 of Munday, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017 in Wichita Falls.

A Celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at the Vera Community Center with Rev. Rob Harrison officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Kay was born August 20, 1928 in Bogata, Texas to Floyd William and Mattie Effie Wright Trussell. She was an ordained minister in the Pentecostal Church, but ministered in all churches; she went where the door was open.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam Garrett and husband, Richard of Munday; a son, Darrell Patterson, Sr. and wife, Brenda of Seymour; a step-son, Larry Pruitt and wife, Jewell of Tulsa; and 4 grandsons.
