Kim Douglas Siewert

Kim Douglas Siewert, 72 of Seymour, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 in Seymour.

A visitation will be held at Archer Funeral Home on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m.

Kim was born on November 7, 1953 in Windom, MN to Alva and Lavon Siewert. He attended school in Slayton, MN. Kim worked in custom harvesting his whole life. He came to Seymour in 1980 and worked the next 45 years with Ron Lawrence Harvesting and Farming. He married Pat Jones on February 25, 1984 and they spent the next 41 years in Seymour but had many adventures.

Kim loved his family, friends, work, animals, a good conversation, western movies and a good book. He was preceded in death by his dad, Alva Siewert on May 6, 1984; his mom, Lavon Siewert on March 23, 2007 and his wife, Pat Siewert on November 22, 2017.

Survivors include his daughter, Teresa and Kenneth Malone of Seymour; 2 grandchildren, Kellie and Jeff Williams of Wichita Falls and Shelbi Bennett and Boone Nees of Seymour; 2 great grandchildren, Skylar Wade and Lain Nees; 2 sisters, Kay and Gary Ridinger and Judy Siewert all of Conyers, GA; his brother, Drew and Marlee Siewert of Jamestown, ND and his niece, Beth Watts of High Point, NC.
