Michael Don Pope

Michael Don “Mike” Pope, 65 of Seymour passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 in Brownwood.

Inurnment services will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Riverview Cemetery with Dr. David Warren officiating.  Cremation arrangements under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Mike was born on May 29, 1956 in Weatherford to Benjamin Franklin and Barbara Fairchild Pope.  He was a graduate of Seymour High School and worked in sales, in some capacity all his life.

Mike is survived by his son, Chris Pope; a step-daughter, Shauna Hutchens; his mother, Barbara Pope; a brother, Jerry Pope; 4 grandchildren, Carson Pope, Mary Beth Pope, Max Benson and Preslie Pope and 2 step-grandchildren, Shian Blood and Ace Burt.
