Monte C Stevens

Motamus "Monte" Clinton Stevens, 55, of Seymour, passed away Monday, May 18, 2015 in Wichita Falls.

Memorial services were held Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at the First Christian Church with Kay Pruitt, officiating, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Monte was born March 8, 1960 in Seymour to Richard and Billie Jo Wright Stevens. He attended school in Jacksboro and Seymour. He worked as a carpenter. Monte was preceded in death by his mother, Billie Jo Stevens and a brother, Freddy Stevens.

He is survived by a son, Zachary Stevens of Seymour; his father, Richard Stevens of Seymour; and 2 brothers, Bear Stevens and wife, Becky of Graham and Randy Thorn and wife, Kendra of Jacksboro.
