Pedro Estraca

‍Pedro “Pete” Estraca, 71 of Seymour TX, passed away on

Wednesday, March 4, 2026 in Seymour.

A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, March 20th at 2:00 pm., at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Seymour under the direction of Archer Funeral Home, Seymour, Texas.

Pedro Estraca was born on October 21, 1954, in Memphis TX., to Jesus Reyes and Jaunita Estraca. From the young age of 15, Pedro entered the work force to support his family. He was a cotton ginner for over 40 years. His love and gratitude were shown by his hard work and endless sacrifice for his family.

He is survived by two sons, John Estraca and Leonard Estraca of Seymour TX and 6 grandchildren, 3 sisters and 1 brother. He is proceeded in death by his wife Rosa Silva Estraca and daughter Lydia Jo Dunn.
