Phyllis Jo Howard, 96 of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 in Seymour.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Archer Funeral Home, Seymour.
Phyllis was born on May 6, 1929 in Strong City, Kansas to Murven and Thelma Lawless Carrier. She was a graduate of Strong City High School and worked all her life as an antique dealer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Murven and Thelma Carrier, her sister, Yvonne Boone and a son, Michael Howard.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Karen Millhorn of Pottsboro, TX; a son, Rick Howard of Williamsburg, Kansas and 6 grandchildren, Brent Yoder, Jeremy Yoder, Eric Yoder, Adam Howard, Amy Naples and Sabrina McRea.
