Russell Dale Smalts, 49 of Seymour, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025 in Seymour.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Riverview Cemetery with Brian Allen officiating. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.
Russell was born on September 22, 1975 in Mangum, Oklahoma to Anita Robertson and Richard Dean Smalts, and attended school in Altus, OK. In 1995, Russell joined the United States Air Force. He was active duty for 2 ½ years with the Air Force Security Police. He later went to work for Allsups in Seymour as a store manager and also worked part time at Ranger Creek. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Dean Smalts and his mother, Anita Studer who passed away on July 23, 2024.
He is survived by his step-father, Tracy Studer; a sister, April Smalts and 2 step-brothers, Shawn Studer and Bryan Studer.
