Sarah A Moore

Sarah Ann Moore, 78, of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018 in Seymour.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Riverview Cemetery with Dr. David Warren officiating, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Sarah was born January 5, 1940 in Lufkin, Texas to Rho and Ethel Kirby Grimes. She attended school in Colmesneil, Texas. Sarah worked as a nurse's aide in various nursing homes and for Adams Hat Factory, processing hats. She married John Marion Moore on July 18, 1956 in Woodville, Texas. Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, John Marion Moore; her parents, Rho and Ethel Grimes; and 2 sons, Billy D. Moore and Jessie Lee Moore.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Barbara Sanchez of Seymour and Debra Diane Moore of Goree; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:00 until 10:30 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
