William Charles Reid, 49m, of Seymour, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014 in Seymour.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., at the City of Lubbock Cemetery in Lubbock, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Charlie was born August 6, 1964 in Lubbock to Gerald and Margarett McCafferty Reid. He worked as a carpet layer in Lubbock before coming to Seymour.

He is survived by his parents, Jerry and Margarett Reid of Seymour; 3 brothers, Arthur Reid and Kevin Reid, both of Lubbock; and Stacy Reid of Navasota; and several nieces and nephews.
