Bobbie Coleta (Chapman) Morgan

Bobbie Morgan, 85 of Seymour passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in Seymour.

Services will be held Monday, November 30, 2020 at the Red Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Sonny Smart officiating.  Burial will be in the Henson Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Bobbie was born March 5, 1935 in Red Springs to Clyde and Bertie Hennig Chapman.  She married Joy N. Morgan on June 18, 1954 in Red Springs.  Bobbie was a homemaker and worked many years with her husband at the Gin.  She also sold Mary Kay.  Bobbie was a member of the Red Springs Baptist Church and the Seymour Ladies Auxiliary.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Joy Morgan; a daughter, Coleta Hibbitts and a great grandson, Jack Ermis.

She is survived by her son, Richard and Kim Morgan of Seymour; a daughter, Barbara Morgan of Seymour; a brother, Larry  and Tonia Chapman of Castle Rock, Co; a sister, Sharon and Garland Massingill of Emory, Tx; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorials to the Seymour Hospital Ladies Auxiliary or Hospice of Wichita Falls.
