Cheyanne Dakota Collinsworth

Cheyanne Dakota Collinsworth passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020 in Wichita Falls at the age of 24.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m., Friday at Archer Funeral Home.  Services to be held at a later date.

Cheyanne was born January 17, 1996 in Seymour to Terry and Judi Bell Collinsworth.  She was a 2014 graduate of Seymour High School and received her CNA certification in Seymour.  She worked at Sheridan Medical Lodge in Burkburnett for several years and had just recently started working at Midwestern Healthcare.  She enjoyed her job and patients.  Cheyanne was a loving mother to her son.  She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, L.W. nad Vanita Collinsworth and her maternal grandparents, Lucius Bell and Delores Summers.

She is survived by her son, Braydon Cole Ward; her parents, Terry Collinsworth of Munday and Judi Bell of Seymour; 3 sisters, Krystal Summers of Seymour, Monica Dodgen of Burleson and Tiffany Carnahan of Seymour; 2 brothers, Chase Collinsworth of Seymour and Clint Anderson of Kennedale and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
