Darrell Keehn

Darrell Jay Keehn was born July 22, 1963 in Taylor, Michigan to Emma (Thurman) and Jay Keehn. He graduated from Walter’s High School in 1981 and from Cameron University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He went on to work for United Parcel Service and various other places of employment. 

He married Julianne Dickson. 

He made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ at Walters First Baptist Church when he was in high school. 

He passed from this life on February 11th, 2022. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Julianne Dickson Keehn, his mother and father, and grandparents, Pearl and Louie Keehn and Eddy and Effie Phillips.  

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Riverview Cemetery.

He is survived by his son, Jay Keehn and wife, Annie; daughter, Shonda Hurleybell and husband, Anthony; 4 step-children, Jayla Sanchez and husband, Jr.; Jocelyn Reaves and husband, Laramie; Rylie Diaz and husband, Johnny; Kobie Decker and wife, Emily; 2 grandsons, Wesley and Colt;  and 8 step-grandchildren, Graham, Parks, Laynie, Leegan, Henry, Heston, Sutton and Camden; brother, Kent Keehn and wife, Roxanna; stepfather, David Thurman, many nieces and nephews; and the mother of his children, Rhonda Ballard.
