Gerald Joseph Levasseur, II

Gerald Joseph Levasseur, II, 73 of Seymour passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020 in Buchanan Dam, Texas.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Russell Roberts officiating.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Gerald was born September 23, 1947 in Pawtucket, RI to Gerald and Anna Levasseur.  He lived in Pawtucket most of his life, moving to Seymour in 2011.  He worked as a painter and a landscaper.  Gerald married Dorothy Ann Jean on April 29, 1967 in Pawtucket.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dorothy Levasseur of Seymour; 2 sons, Michael Levasseur and Sabrina Bryant of Buchanan Dam and Gerald Levasseur, III of Claremont, NH; a daughter, Paula Levasseur of Claremont, NH; 2 brothers, John Levasseur and George Vadnais both of Pawtucket, RI; 6 grandchildren, Samantha Decelles, Skyann Levasseur, Jeanelle Corrigan, Savannah Bryant, Steven Levasseur and Thomas Corrigan and 7 great grandchildren.
