Janie Sue (Harris) Baldwin

Sue Baldwin, 79 of Weatherford passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 in Weatherford.

Services will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., at the Calvary Baptist Church in Seymour with Rev. John Evans officiating.  Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Janie Sue Baldwin was born January 12, 1943 in Memphis, Texas to Travis and Thola Henson Harris.  She married Jerry Edward Baldwin on June 24, 1961 in Memphis.  The couple moved to Brady in 1968 and lived there for 23 years before coming to Seymour in 1991.  Sue worked as an LVN at the Seymour Hospital.  She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry on February 5, 2006.

She is survived by her son, Eddie and Judy Baldwin of Seymour; 3 daughters, Debbie Lacey of Irving, Cam Baker of Weatherford and Pam Watkins of Brady; 2 sisters, Fern Swindell of Decatur and Jimmie Howe of Lake Port, CA; 7 grandchildren, Kimberly Galindo, David Hernandez, Jaryd Baldwin, Kathryn Crowe, Chelsi Dunn, Michael Baker and Mackenzie Alfaro; and 12 great grandchildren, Caleb Galindo, Benjamin Galindo, Gracie Galindo, Hunter Dunn, Jayde Alfaro, Barrett Alfaro, Harlow Baker, Brady Mathis, Londyn Baldwin, Cash Baldwin, Quintyn Crowe and Vinsyn Crowe.

Visitation will be from 10:00 until 11:30 a.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
