Joe Torresillas (aka Brother, Tata, Maui, Tito), 29, of Seymour Texas passed away on September 19, 2021 in Wichita Falls, Texas, due to complications from Covid.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the Cowboy Church in Seymour with Chad Houck officiating, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.  An informal gathering will follow at Senior Citizen Center at 1:30 p.m. in Seymour, Texas.

Joe was born June 22, 1992 in Seymour to Pepe and Estella Sanchez Torresillas.  He attended Seymour Schools and received his CNA certification through Job Corp in Virginia.  Joe came back to Seymour in 2016 and was an assistant manager at Allsup’s.  Joe’s biggest passion was watching his favorite Futbol team, FC Barcelona. He also enjoyed fishing, watching anime, and most of all, loved spending quality time with his family and friends. He made an impact on everyone he encountered. He never knew a stranger. He had an infectious smile. He loved pranking and joking with his, “it’s all in the delivery”. His laugh and memories are etched in our hearts and will be forever.  Joe was preceded in death by his child Tesoro and nephew, Byron Milhoan.

Joe is survived by his life partner Shelby Pankow, parents Pepe and Estella Torresillas, four sisters, Mary Bentley, Lisa Melendez, Julie Torresillas, and Consuelo Paakanen, 10 nephews, Bradley, Patrick, John, Ethan, Victor, Dominik, Cameron, John, Major and Kane and 2 nieces, Amber and Nakari.
