Karen Joetta Caram

Karen Joetta Caram, 60, of Munday died Tuesday, October, 17, 2023 in Seymour, Texas.

Karen was born August 7, 1963 in Knox City to Freddie and Stella Caram. She was raised in Munday, attended Munday schools and graduated from Munday High School in 1983. She attended West Texas A&M University and Midwestern State. She moved to Lubbock in 1995 where she worked and made numerous friends for over 23 years. She later moved back to Munday to care for Freddie and Stella in their time of need. Karen had a huge heart and a big love for animals.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Freddie and Stella Caram;  she has one sister, Pam Caram Pierce; a niece, Jacy Kai Carrillo, her husband, Obadiah, two nephews, Bryson and Carter. And many loving Aunts, Uncles, and cousins that she leaves behind.

A memorial will be held at a later date at the Family Farm in Gilliland.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Munday Nursing Home or the Munday Fire Department.
