Mark V. Aulabaugh

Mark V. Aulabaugh, 71 of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023, in Seymour TX.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Methodist Church in Seymour under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.  

Mark was born November 14, 1951 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to Emmett C. and Dorothy Miller Aulabaugh.  Raised in West Virginia, Mark moved to Dallas, Texas in 1985 and finally to Seymour in 1993.  Mark started his radio career in 1965 at WCEF in Parkersburg when he was still in Junior High School.  Known in the radio industry as a “lifer”, Mark’s true love and passion was always radio.   

He owned and operated KSEY AM & FM in Seymour and was a huge supporter of Seymour, the Seymour schools, Texas Rangers baseball and Texas Tech sports.  He was also a fan of and supporter of Happy Tails Rescue in Seymour.

He is survived by 2 brothers and their wives, Matthew and Sue Aulabaugh of Parkersburg, West Virginia and Lance and Chelé Aulabaugh of Gainesville, Florida
