Stacy Elaine Vickers

Stacy Vickers, 54 of Wichita Falls, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022 in Wichita Falls.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Seymour with Rev. Russell Roberts officiating.  Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Stacy was born November 27, 1967 in Seymour to Johnny and Barbara McGlothen Vickers.  She was a 1986 graduate of Seymour High School.  Stacy attended VRJC, then went to school for her LVN certification.  She worked as an LVN at United Regional while pursuing her R.N. degree.  Stacy worked as an RN at United Regional for a number of years then worked home health in Seymour before returning to United Regional.  She spent the last years of her life working at Texhoma Christian Care Center in Wichita Falls.  Stacy’s true loves were her two grandsons, Cooper and Charlie and her niece, Braeleigh.  She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Vickers.

She is survived by her daughter, Kalie and Trae Carter of Wichita Falls; her mother, Barbara Vickers of Wichita Falls; a brother, Scotty and Laurie Vickers of Burkburnett; 2 grandsons, Cooper Carter and Charlie Carter and a niece, Braeleigh Vickers.
