Travis Clark, 82 of Seymour, passed away Wednesday July 12, 2023 in Seymour.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the Henson Cemetery in Red Springs with Benny Archer officiating, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.
Travis was born June 8, 1941 in Seymour to Norman and Loyd Fancher Clark. He was a graduate of Seymour High School and attended Tarleton State University and Texas Tech University. Travis married Jean Wynne on September 28, 1963 in Seymour. He worked for GTE for 30 years, he also farmed for many years and was a Baylor County Commissioner. Travis was a member of the Red Springs Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Loyd Clark and a nephew, Andy Kuehler.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Clark of Seymour; 2 sons, Mike Clark and Misti Willborn of Seymour and Casey and Rebecca Clark of Highland Village; a sister, Gayle and Marion Kuehler; 3 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
